Le traitement des hemorroides peut-etre differen: selon l'intens,ite et la frequence de leur manifestations. 1. Crise hemorroidaire avec douleur, hemorragie et parfois peUt procidence, a la suite d'un repas, fatigue, etc ... sans precedent, est traiter par des moyennes medicaux apropries. 2. Les vrais hemorroides doivent etre traite soit par des methodes Sclerosantes, soit par des methodes chirurgicales. Dans les methodes chirurgicales il faut eviter surtout. l'operation de Whitehead. Cause de l'anushumide et incontinent et des retrecissements desastreux. - La pause d'un gros drain dans l'anus.Cause de tenesme et une contra.cture sphincterienne atrocement -douloureuse. Il ne faut pas constip& les molades apres operrution, car les ler exonerations sont suivies des douleurs qui ont donne aux traitements chirurgicaux des hemorroidesune si facheuse renommee.
